Beth Allen as Ally Samuels.
Ally is the daughter of the owner of Samuel's Clothing company, accused by Jack (a Power Ranger) of stealing clothing. He was insistent on arresting her, even if the clothes were intended to help the poor. Turns out the clothing was to be donated to the poor out of her own goodwill. Hmm... a beautiful, spirited young woman with a heart of gold? Sounds like just the right girl for Jack! It's a shame the only glimpse of romance on SPD happened at the very end of the series, limiting Ally's appearance to three episodes, but it was a nice touch to include. The time Jack spent with Ally reminded him of his real passion in life: helping those in need. He felt he'd gone astray with his service in SPD, losing sight of the individuals he could really help in a bigger world of monsters and galactic emergencies. When finally given the opportunity, Jack returned to his calling, working as a low key volunteer at Ally's side to improve the lives of the needy one at a time.
Ally: "Look, Jack, I feel like I owe you an apology."
Jack: "No... I want to thank you for giving me the chance to do what I love again."

Vella is Tyzonn's fiance, she worked alongside Tyzonn as a rescuer on Mercuria. She was believed to have been killed in the cave-in caused by the Fearcats, but that was later proven to be untrue. Crazar mimicked her appearance in order to trick Tyzonn into thinking his adventures with the Rangers were merely a dream in order to distract Tyzonn from helping his friends from fighting Benglo, Mig and Agrios. Tyzonn was able to come to his senses when he found his morpher and also realized Vella was alive because, in order for Crazar to mimic a person's appearance said person has to be alive. When Moltor revealed to be her captor and turned her over to Flurious, Norg protected Vella and took her to safety to the Hardford's home where she was reunited with Tyzonn.
